Show the latest versions beside the feed

Render's changelog has a Tooling releases sidebar that lists the latest Render CLI, Python SDK and TypeScript SDK versions with dates. The feed shows dated entries labeled like IMPROVED, such as Updated default versions of Node.js and Bun, and notes that existing services keep their original default versions to prevent breaking changes.

A versions panel answers the most common developer question, am I on the latest, without making them search the feed. To copy it, add a sidebar with the latest tool versions. Then label each entry like Improved or New.
