The AWS re:Invent 2026 page leads with Build what's next and the Nov 30 to Dec 4 Las Vegas dates, and its top menu puts an Approval toolkit next to Agenda and Sessions.

Most attendees need a manager to sign off on the trip, so a ready made approval kit removes the main reason people never register. To copy it, write the case for attending in your boss's terms. Then package it as a toolkit or letter.
