Cloudflare's changelog says New updates and improvements at Cloudflare. An All products dropdown filters the feed, with View RSS feeds and Subscribe to RSS beside it. Each dated entry is tagged with the product it touches, like D1 or Flagship, and includes code samples and links to the docs.

A company with many products needs one changelog that each team can narrow to its own stack, plus a feed per product for people who only follow one. To copy it, add a product filter to the feed. Then offer an RSS feed per product.
