Google Ads asset scheduling now lets you group weekdays and weekends

Google Ads asset scheduling now lets advertisers pick day ranges such as all days, Mondays to Fridays or Saturdays to Sundays, and add more than one schedule to the same asset. Before, you could only set a single day and time. Bia Camargo, who shared the change on LinkedIn, noted that campaigns now pace budget toward a full month across the active ad schedule.

Our take

Use this to run different offers on weekends and weekdays without cloning ads. Start with one asset, such as a weekend sitelink or callout, and compare it against the weekday version. Check that asset schedules match your campaign schedule first, because monthly budget pacing can push spend into the hours you least expect.
