Today’s MarketingGoogle AI Mode adds booking buttons for home services
Google added home services booking inside AI Mode in the United States. Robby Stein of Google said searchers can research and book through direct links with partners Angi Home, Thumbtack, Housecall and GetJobber, with ServiceTitan coming soon. AI Mode can compare local pricing, check reviews and show booking buttons on recommended providers. Stein said he used it after a plumbing emergency and booked a plumber from the AI Mode results.
Our take
Local service brands that sell through Angi, Thumbtack, Housecall or GetJobber now compete for a book button inside AI answers, not only a map pack listing. Confirm your profiles on those partners are complete and that reviews and pricing stay current. If you sell home services outside those partners, ask Google or your agency how you get into the booking path before holiday demand spikes.
