Give a quiet prospect multiple choice answers

A breakup email that lets a prospect who went dark answer by typing one letter.

Updated · By Blake Emal

Josh Braun shares a follow up for warm prospects who stopped replying. The subject is voicemail, sent right after a real voicemail. The body restates the outcome and offers four options, A to D, from let's talk to please stop.

Replying takes one keystroke, and option C gives permission to say no, which makes any answer easier than silence.

  1. Call first and leave a voicemail about the outcome
  2. Use voicemail as the subject only if you left one
  3. Restate the result they wanted
  4. Offer lettered options including a clear no
  5. Keep the tone light and human
