Back a model launch with an outside ranking

Canva introduced Canva Craft, its first image generation model, on Oct 22, 2026, and it placed 5th on Product Hunt on Oct 24. The newsroom post opens with a collage of generated images and the line Our first image model makes Canva Research the world's second most advanced AI lab for image generation, citing rankings from DesignArena. It says Craft is available now in Canva and through a public API, at 2K resolution in any aspect ratio.

Citing a third party ranking gives the big claim weight, and opening with a wall of the model's own images shows quality before any words. To copy it, open with a grid of real outputs. Then cite an outside ranking for your claim.

  1. Open with a grid of real outputs
  2. Cite an outside ranking for your claim
  3. Say where it is available on day one
