Vibe opens Walmart shopper audiences to every streaming TV advertiser

Vibe, the self-serve streaming TV ad platform Walmart bought in August, made Walmart Audiences available to all users on October 28 2026, PPC Land reported. The segments include personas such as new parents and recent movers plus category buyers from dog supplies to diesel exhaust fluid, and an AI agent called Smart select proposes a starting list. Results are measured with Vibe’s tools on the advertiser’s own site and with incrementality tests, not against Walmart sales.

Our take

This puts retail purchase data behind CTV for brands with small budgets, including brands that never sell at Walmart. Run the test Vibe suggests: duplicate a broad interest campaign, swap in three or four category buyer segments that match your product, and compare site conversions side by side. Ignore the relevance scores when you judge results, since Vibe says they measure fit with your inputs and do not predict sales.
