SaaS case study examples that turn customers into proof
A good SaaS case study puts the customer name and one result in the headline, shows two or three stats with a before value or a time frame, and uses a quote to explain how the result happened. The twenty customer story pages below come from Snowflake, Okta, GitLab, Cloudflare, Databricks, Algolia, Braze, Vanta, Gorgias, Lattice, Front, Elastic, Box, Fivetran, dbt Labs, Confluent, Drata, Outreach, Sanity and Iterable. All were captured Oct 23, 2026, and each links to the live page.
The customer name and one result in the headline, a few stats right under it, a short fact list with industry and company size, a quote that explains the result, and a next step such as a free trial or demo beside the proof. Elastic writes each result as its own line, dbt Labs pairs its 80% savings with a quote that explains it, and Fivetran puts a free start box next to its results.
How do you write a case study headline
Name the customer, the result and the product in one line, and make the number concrete. Gorgias names the tool Dr. Bronner's left, Sanity says six engineers run a $50M+ media business, and Lattice shows +41 eNPS points in less than a year.
Should a case study show numbers or quotes
Both, and they work best together. Numbers go first because skimmers read them, as Drata does with hours saved per task. A quote then explains why it happened or why the customer chose you, as Cloudflare does by opening its Gusto story with the buying decision in the customer's words.
